About the Role

Cossette Media is seeking a highly skilled Associate Director, Performance to join our team. As a key member of our digital marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative search strategies to drive business growth and maximize performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of paid search campaigns to achieve performance goals.
  • Oversee the management and optimization of campaigns on search platforms, including Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide data-driven recommendations to improve results.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistency and effectiveness of campaigns.
  • Train and support internal teams and clients on search best practices.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in search marketing.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience managing paid search campaigns.
  • Technical knowledge of search platforms, including Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data.
