At Cossette Media, we're looking for a talented Associate Director, Performance to join our team. As a key member of our digital marketing team, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing innovative search strategies to drive business growth and maximize performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of search strategies to drive business growth and maximize performance.
  • Oversee the management and optimization of campaigns on search platforms, including Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide data-driven recommendations to improve results.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistency and optimal effectiveness of campaigns.
  • Train and support internal teams and clients on search best practices.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and provide insights to inform business decisions.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience managing campaigns on search platforms.
  • Technical knowledge of search platforms, including Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to inform business decisions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to present complex data insights to stakeholders.
  • Certification in Google Search is required.
