Bar Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled Bar Supervisor to join our team at The Grizzly Paw Pub & Brewing Company. As a Bar Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading our bar team and ensuring exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Clean and maintain the bar area, including glassware and draft beer systems.
- Supervise food and beverage servers and other staff to ensure seamless service.
- Provide recommendations on drink selections and advise on wine choices.
- Schedule and train staff to meet the needs of our busy pub.
- Collect cash, credit, and debit payments, operate the cash register, and record beverage sales.
- Store and maintain inventory of beverages and food products.
- Order bar stock and maintain control of inventory.
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner.
- Enforce provincial liquor legislation and regulations.
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including mixed drinks, wine, and beer.
- Take beverage orders from serving staff or directly from patrons.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Permanent position with 35 hours of work per week.
- English language proficiency.
