We are seeking a skilled Bar Supervisor to join our team at The Grizzly Paw Pub & Brewing Company. As a Bar Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading our bartending team and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:
  • Clean and maintain the bar area, including glassware and draft beer systems.
  • Supervise and train bartending staff to ensure they are knowledgeable about our menu and can provide excellent service.
  • Manage cash handling and operate the point-of-sale system.
  • Monitor and maintain inventory levels, including ordering stock as needed.
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Enforce provincial liquor legislation and regulations.
  • Prepare and serve beverages, including mixed drinks, wine, and beer.
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a bartending or supervisory role.
  • Permanent position, 35 hours per week.
  • English language proficiency.
