Job Title: Security Supervisor

At Paladin Security, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Supervisor to join our team. As a Security Supervisor, you will be responsible for implementing security measures to protect property, controlling access to sites, and ensuring client rules and regulations are followed.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement security protocols and procedures to ensure the safety and security of personnel, property, and assets.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of security personnel, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and law enforcement agencies.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential security risks and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a comprehensive approach to security and safety.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Security Guard or in a related field.
  • Valid Ontario Security Guard Licence and St Thomas Police Security Clearance.
  • First Aid & CPR certificate level C.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and direct security personnel.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer service.
