Job Summary

The Store Operations Director is responsible for overseeing the overall operation of a store, ensuring maximum sales and profitability. This role involves establishing and maintaining excellent Guest Services, controlling expenses, and managing staffing.

This position requires a minimum age of 21 and a flexible schedule. The physical demands include standing/walking for 8+ hours, climbing ladders, setting up fixtures, and lifting/moving up to 50 pounds. Prior retail management experience is necessary.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage store operations to achieve sales and profitability goals
  • Establish and maintain high-quality Guest Services
  • Control expenses and optimize resource allocation
  • Oversee staffing, setup, pack-up, and teardown of the seasonal store
Requirements

This role requires:

  • A minimum age of 21
  • Prior retail management experience
  • A flexible schedule

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, be able to work independently, and possess excellent communication skills. As this store operates as a Spirit Halloween Consignment Store, while working with Spirit Halloween merchandise, Spirit Halloween will not be the employer. The independent owner and operator will be solely responsible for employment-related matters.

Estimated Salary Range

The estimated annual salary for this role is $55,000 - $65,000, based on national averages and industry standards.
