Records Management Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
- Review and process documents for accuracy and completeness.
- Update databases and maintain records in a structured format.
- Generate reports and issue letters of transmittal to customers and vendors.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and industry standards.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure seamless document control.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in record management and document control.
- Strong knowledge of Access software and database concepts.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
