Job Summary

GUAC MEXI GRILL is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our staff, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and events.
  • Communication: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and respond to electronic enquiries.
  • Office Management: Order office supplies, maintain inventory, and ensure a well-organized workspace.
  • Client Service: Greet clients, direct them to contacts or service areas, and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Documentation: Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year.
  • Personal Qualities: Ability to multitask, flexibility, judgement, accuracy, and a client-focused approach.
Work Environment

As an Administrative Assistant at GUAC MEXI GRILL, you will work in a fast-paced office environment, interacting with staff and clients. You will be required to work 30 hours per week, with a permanent work term and English as the primary language of communication.
