Job Summary

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at GUAC MEXI GRILL. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and events.
  • Communication: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and respond to electronic enquiries.
  • Office Administration: Order office supplies, maintain inventory, and perform other administrative tasks as needed.
  • Client Service: Greet clients, direct them to contacts or service areas, and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Documentation: Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
