Director of Software Engineering Role

We are seeking an experienced Director of Software Engineering to lead our Financial Products Engineering group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for shaping the technical strategy and contributing to the overall product roadmap.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the strategic direction of the Financial Products engineering team.
  • Recruit and develop top talent to scale the engineering group.
  • Shape technical roadmaps and product vision by collaborating closely with leadership across engineering, product, design, marketing, risk, and commercial teams.
  • Oversee technical decision-making to ensure the scalability, performance, and security of our financial products.
  • Drive innovation and continuous improvement, delivering high-quality, reliable software on time and within budget.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience leading and scaling engineering teams in the fintech space.
  • Excellent cross-functional communication and influencing skills.
  • Motivated by being a leader and fostering a culture of excellence and tenacity.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to create a vision and execute it.
  • Results-oriented with a reputation for smashing goals.
  • Owner who takes complete ownership and accountability of delivery and outcomes.
