Senior Director, Software Engineering Lead

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive velocity, predictability, and quality in our software development process
  • Develop and recruit top engineering talent to join our team
  • Scale our e-commerce solutions to serve millions of customers daily
  • Communicate project status and issues to executives and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with multiple business and technical teams to define and deliver complex customer-facing solutions

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of progressive experience in software engineering, including at least one in a senior management or director-level role
  • Excellent understanding of cloud-native, web, mobile, and continuous delivery technologies
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a cross-functional environment
  • Demonstrated ability to drive clear action and ownership amongst large development teams
