Key Responsibilities
  • Connect the Dots: Develop a deep understanding of shoppers by connecting the dots between various studies, including primary, secondary, tracking, consumer, trade, and multicultural research.
  • Strategy Development: Lead the development of strategies to understand key decision-making moments for shoppers by channel, informing the creation of meaningful solutions.
  • Shopper Inclusivity: Advocate for shopper inclusivity to ensure solutions are built with diverse shopper communities in mind.
  • Research Planning: Plan primary research and disseminate conclusions and solution development recommendations to drive broad understanding and clear action.
  • Partner Relationships: Identify and manage partner relationships, driving efficient quality of deliverables and greater depth of value-added knowledge.
  • Innovation: Continuously seek new and innovative ways to bring external thinking to our business practice, ensuring we build bold commerce ideas for our brands.

Requirements
  • Experience: 3+ years of consumer research/shopper insights experience.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree required.
  • Curiosity: Curious and seeks to understand the why behind the why, key to getting to the insight.
  • Passion: Passion for understanding shopper marketing and the evolving commerce landscape.
  • Challenge: Loves a challenge, completes complex projects quickly and adeptly with understanding of business priorities.
  • Diplomacy: Diplomatic, professional, and exercises great judgment in developing and maintaining excellent relationships within the business.
