Restaurant Operations Manager

Chucks Roadhouse Bar & Grill is seeking a skilled Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our dining establishment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and safe environment, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Service Delivery: Ensure prompt and courteous service to all customers, addressing their needs and resolving any issues in a timely manner.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring that stock is always available to meet customer demand.
- Health and Safety: Implement and maintain health and safety protocols, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Supplier Negotiations: Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies, ensuring the best possible prices and quality.
- Customer Relations: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent service delivery.
- Education: College or CEGEP diploma.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work under pressure, and strong attention to detail.
