Restaurant Manager Job Description

Chucks Roadhouse Bar & Grill is seeking a skilled Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our dining establishment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and safe environment, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Management: Supervise and train staff to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food preparation.
  • Operations and Logistics: Manage inventory, negotiate with suppliers, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints, provide exceptional service, and resolve conflicts in a professional manner.
  • Financial Management: Monitor sales, control costs, and maintain accurate records.
Requirements:
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
