Job Title: Restaurant Manager

Chucks Roadhouse Bar & Grill is seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in restaurant management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead a team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures
  • Organize and maintain inventory
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
  • Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns
  • Provide customer service
  • Resolve conflict situations
  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Flexibility and adaptability
  • Reliability and punctuality
