Job Title: Executive Housekeeper

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Housekeeper to join our team at Vacation Internationale, INC.

Job Summary:

The Executive Housekeeper will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our housekeeping department, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish Operational Procedures: Develop and implement effective operational procedures to ensure the smooth operation of the housekeeping department.
  • Implement Infection Control Measures: Implement procedures to prevent infection in special situations and outbreaks, ensuring the health and safety of our guests and staff.
  • Supervise Staff: Supervise a team of housekeeping staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they are meeting their responsibilities.
  • Co-ordinate Activities: Co-ordinate the activities of housekeeping supervisors and crews, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
  • Inspect and Maintain: Conduct regular inspections of assigned areas to ensure they are clean and well-maintained.
  • Financial Management: Maintain accurate financial records, prepare budgets and payrolls, and co-ordinate maintenance and repair services.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain an inventory of supplies, equipment, and uniforms, ensuring that all necessary items are available when needed.
  • Scheduling: Schedule and assign duties of housekeeping staff, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
Work Environment:

The Executive Housekeeper will work in a fast-paced environment, requiring strong organizational and communication skills.
