Meat Department Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Meat Counter Clerk to join our team at 1825055 Alberta Ltd. As a Meat Counter Clerk, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, maintaining a clean and organized work environment, and ensuring the accurate handling and display of meat products.
Key Responsibilities:- Customer Service: Assist customers in selecting and purchasing meat products, provide product information and recommendations, and respond to customer inquiries.
- Meat Handling and Display: Receive and store meat shipments, maintain a clean and organized meat department, and ensure that meat products are displayed in a visually appealing manner.
- Inventory Management: Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels, receive and process inventory shipments, and report any discrepancies to management.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales and customer service goals, and participate in ongoing training and development programs.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Work Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail or food service environment.
- Language: English.
- Work Schedule: 40 hours per week.
The Meat Counter Clerk will work in a fast-paced environment with frequent customer interactions. The position requires standing for extended periods, handling heavy loads, and working under pressure.
