About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Campus Director to join our team at Campus Support. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our campus, ensuring the delivery of high-quality educational programs and services to our students.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve campus goals and objectives, aligning with the overall vision of Campus Support.
  • Student Success: Foster a supportive learning environment, promoting student engagement, retention, and academic success.
  • Financial Management: Oversee campus finances, ensuring effective budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Staff Management: Lead and manage a team of instructors and staff, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities.
  • Academic Compliance: Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, accreditation standards, and institutional policies.
  • Community Engagement: Develop and maintain relationships with local communities, promoting partnerships and collaborations that benefit our students and the institution.
Requirements
  • Education: Master's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: Minimum of five years in a senior leadership or management role, preferably in a higher education setting.
  • Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with educational policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, as well as experience with budgeting, financial management, and staff development.
