Job Title: Campus Director

International House Vancouver is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Campus Director to lead our academic programs and student services. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for elevating our presence and profile provincially, nationally, and internationally.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage academic programs, teaching, and student services.
  2. Develop and implement marketing and student recruitment strategies.
  3. Oversee the planning, delivery, and evaluation of student support services.
  4. Enhance institutional partnerships and develop new ones.
  5. Ensure return on investment and financial sustainability.
  6. Work with the CFO to develop the annual operating budget.
  7. Allocate resources in response to changing markets and international student recruitment patterns.
  8. Identify and implement short-medium and long-term priorities and plans for the school.
  9. Ensure academic defensibility and financial sustainability.
  10. Generate diverse revenue streams.
  11. Develop and nurture collaborative partnerships with key stakeholders.
  12. Lead and achieve sales targets in all program areas.
  13. Identify market opportunities locally, regionally, nationally, and internationally.
  14. Participate actively in cross-functional teams.
Qualifications:
  • University degree in a related field, such as business administration or commerce, with a minimum of five (5) years of experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage a college and understand government regulatory processes.
  • Proven ability in leading key strategic projects and change management.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
  • Experience working independently and collaboratively with diverse individuals and groups.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with team members from diverse backgrounds.
Additional Requirements:
  • Ability to determine priorities, delegate issues, and handle them personally.

This is a full-time position with a competitive salary range of $75,000.00-$95,000.00 per year. Benefits include dental care, extended health care, and paid time off. The position will remain open until filled, and applications will be reviewed as they arrive.
