Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and train staff to ensure excellent customer service and efficient operations
  • Assign sales workers to duties and manage inventory levels
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to staff
  • Resolve customer complaints and supply shortages in a timely manner
  • Organize and maintain inventory, including ordering merchandise and authorizing returns

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail or supervisory role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
  • Manual dexterity and attention to detail

Work Environment: Our gas bar is a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. You will be required to stand for extended periods and perform tasks that require manual dexterity.
