Gas Station Manager

At PHOENIX FUEL, we are seeking a highly motivated and organized Gas Station Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our gas station, ensuring a safe and efficient work environment for our staff and customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and Train Staff: Lead and motivate a team of sales workers, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their performance goals.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring that stock is accurately tracked and replenished as needed.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues and addressing customer concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters, analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Work Environment: Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Work Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service environment.
- Language: English.
- Work Schedule: 30 to 40 hours per week.
