Job Title: Professional Development Coordinator

Job Summary

The Professional Development Coordinator will work closely with our PD Learning Specialists, Senior Manager, and Director to deliver high-quality learning experiences for our national curriculum programs and learning events. This role requires excellent administrative skills, a strong ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a passion for learning and development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support for PD programs, including monitoring schedules, drafting communications, and coordinating logistics.
  • Update and maintain PD calendars, reminder systems, and task lists.
  • Provide administrative support to the PD team, including monitoring the PD mailbox and responding to inquiries.
  • Assist with CPD accreditation requests, coordinate program details through our learning management system, and update the PD intranet page.
  • Provide administrative support to the Director and Senior Manager, including tracking CPD compliance, submitting expenses, and processing invoices.
  • Research suitable venues for external events.
Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with a post-secondary education in Business Administration, Human Resources, English, Communications, or a related field. Experience in learning and development or in a law firm or professional services environment is an asset. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, a positive attitude, and a strong ability to work independently and as part of a team.
