About the Role
Vacasa is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Front Desk Specialist. As a key member of our local management office, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, vendors, and owners, providing exceptional service and support to ensure a seamless experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide personalized attention to guests and owners, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist with the creation and delegation of maintenance and housekeeping tickets, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
- Verify unit availability to facilitate scheduling vendor or realtor visits, ensuring efficient use of resources.
- Meet and maintain Vacasa standards and metrics, including guest satisfaction, accuracy, efficiency, and inquiry conversion to reservations.
- Build and maintain business relationships with internal support teams, fostering open communication and collaboration.
Requirements
- Technical computer skills, including proficiency in hardware and software applications.
- Professional communication skills, including email, phone calls, video calls, and texts.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment, with excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Highly responsive and reliable, with a strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Prior housekeeping experience a plus, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.
