Key Responsibilities:- Conduct thorough nursing assessments to identify patient needs and develop individualized care plans.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

- Valid LPN license in Canada.
- Completion of an accredited Practical Nursing program.
- Experience in a clinical or healthcare setting is an asset.
