**Program Overview**

Our 5-phase program is designed to provide you with a comprehensive understanding of our business, from supply chain management to customer service and sales. You'll work closely with our experienced team members to develop your skills and knowledge, and gain hands-on experience in a variety of roles.

**Phase 1: Warehouse Logistics**

* Learn about our products and how they're delivered to customers
* Understand sales support and customer service

**Phase 2: Operations**

* Get involved in customer service, order management, and inventory control
* Learn about pricing, credit management, and financial statements

**Phase 3: Inside Sales/Project Management**

* Develop your skills in project management and customer service
* Learn how to manage large-scale projects and build strong relationships with customers

**Phase 4: Outside Sales/Account Management**

* Learn how to find new business opportunities and sell our products
* Develop your skills in negotiation, contract management, and customer relationship building

**Phase 5: Career Development**

* Take your training and experience to the next level
* Determine your ideal career path and work with our team to achieve your goals

**Qualifications**

* College or university degree in a relevant field (e.g. engineering, business, applied science, logistics and supply chain, computer science)
* Positive attitude and results-oriented mindset
* Desire to continuously learn and grow
* Excellent customer service and organizational skills
* Strong work ethic and high standard of integrity
* Ability to work well independently and in a team setting
* Excellent communication skills
