Job Title: Strategic Development Program

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our Strategic Development Program. As a trainee, you will progress through a 5-phased program to gain a comprehensive understanding of our business operations, including shipping and receiving, sales, operations, purchasing, account management, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Learn and understand our products, sales support, and customer service processes.
  • Participate in customer service, counter sales, order management, inventory control, and pricing management.
  • Develop skills in inside sales, project management, and outside sales/account management.
  • Gain experience in finding new business opportunities, negotiating contracts, and building customer and vendor relationships.
  • Identify and pursue career advancement opportunities within the company.

Requirements:

  • College or university degree.
  • Positive attitude, results-oriented mindset, and desire to continuously learn and grow.
  • Excellent customer service and organizational skills.
  • Strong work ethic, high standard of integrity, and ability to work independently and in a team setting.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong working relationships with customers, vendors, and teammates.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office software.
