Samsung Home Electronics Representative

**Job Summary**
Acosta is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Field Marketing Representative to join our team. As a Field Marketing Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales for Samsung Home Electronics by engaging with store management and associates, and making our products stand out in the market.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Build and maintain effective working relationships with store associates and management to increase sales and brand awareness.
- Engage and excite customers and retail associates as a Samsung Home Electronics product expert, providing them with exceptional customer service and product knowledge.
- Attend regular training events and complete assigned online training to ensure expertise in Samsung products and services.
- Elevate the customer experience by maintaining merchandising standards of all products and displays, ensuring a visually appealing and engaging shopping experience.
- Train retail associates on the Samsung brand and products, providing them with the knowledge and skills needed to effectively promote and sell our products.
- Cover a territory around South Vancouver, including Richmond, Surrey, Burnaby and Vancouver Island, ensuring that all customers and retail associates receive exceptional service and support.
**Requirements**
- Proven experience in sales and marketing, with a strong background in the electronics industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and retail associates.
- Strong product knowledge and expertise in Samsung products and services.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Flexibility and adaptability, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
