Sales and Service Representative

As a Sales and Service Representative with Canadian Forces Morale and Welfare Services - CFMWS, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service to our members. You will be responsible for assisting with the set-up and maintenance of our electronics, computers, appliances, and furniture departments, as well as providing technical and professional advice on sales and products offered.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with ordering stock and ensuring shelves are stocked, faced, and properly signed
- Explain and sell extended warranty programs and accessories
- Provide a variety of retail services, including regular retail services, dry cleaning, lottery services, self-serve gas services, and postal services
- Operate Point of Sales systems, the debit/credit machine, and maintain a float
- Take and prepare food and beverage orders and prepare takeout food, while ensuring cleanliness of food service and eating areas
- Acceptable combination of education, training, and experience in electronics, computers, equipment, furniture, and appliances
- Experience in selling extended warranty and accessories
- Experience in cash handling and sales and merchandising
- Client focus, organizational knowledge, communication, innovation, teamwork, and leadership competencies
- English essential, bilingual an asset
