Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Surety Portfolio Manager to join our team at Intact Financial Corporation. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of commercial surety files, analyzing and approving surety requests, preparing documentation, and making recommendations for important projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of commercial surety files, ensuring timely and accurate processing and reporting.
- Analyze and approve surety requests, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Prepare documentation and make recommendations for important projects, working closely with cross-functional teams.
- Conduct annual reviews, risk analyses, and financial updates to establish surety limits.
- Participate in industry events and build relationships with brokers and clients.
Requirements
- University degree specializing in accounting, administration, and/or finance.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in surety, accounting, administration, and/or finance.
- Excellent analytical skills and knowledge of the surety industry.
- Ability to develop strong business relationships and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- Bilingual proficiency in French and English.
