Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team at Learn N Play. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office, ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure they align with company policies and procedures.
  • Delegate work to office support staff and establish clear priorities and deadlines.
  • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including coordinating office services and maintaining inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures, ensuring that all tasks are completed to a high standard.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills.
