Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Senior Office Administrator to join our team at Minuteman Press New Westminster.

The ideal candidate will have experience in office administration, with a focus on supervising staff, managing office procedures, and maintaining accurate records.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and train other administrative staff members to ensure efficient office operations.
  • Determine and establish office procedures and routines to maintain productivity and efficiency.
  • Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences to keep all stakeholders informed.
  • Schedule appointments and confirm travel arrangements for employees and clients.
  • Handle telephone calls, emails, and messages in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain accurate inventory levels of office supplies and equipment.
  • Set up and maintain manual and computerized filing systems to ensure easy access to important documents.

Requirements:

  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Possess excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Be proficient in Microsoft Office and have basic knowledge of computerized information systems.

What We Offer:
