Job Title: Manufacturing Process Specialist

Join Pharmascience Inc. as a Manufacturing Process Specialist and take on a challenging role that requires a strong understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying and evaluating manufacturing processes to improve quality, costs, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and evaluate manufacturing processes to improve quality, costs, and efficiency
  • Develop and implement process improvements to meet regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth manufacturing operations
  • Investigate and resolve manufacturing issues to minimize downtime
  • Develop and maintain manufacturing documentation and records
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Sciences, Biochemistry, Chemistry, Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Technology, or Engineering
  • ~5 years of experience in a pharmaceutical environment, preferably in manufacturing, technology transfer, formulation, or development of manufacturing processes
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and French
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent knowledge of Windows and MS Office tools
