Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and evaluate manufacturing processes to improve quality, costs, and efficiency
  • Develop and implement process improvements to meet business objectives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth production operations
  • Investigate and resolve manufacturing issues to minimize downtime
  • Develop and maintain manufacturing documentation and records
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Sciences - Biochemistry, Chemistry, Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Technology and/or Engineering
  • ~5 years of experience in a pharmaceutical environment, preferably in manufacturing, technology transfer, formulation, or development of manufacturing processes
  • ~ Good written and oral communication skills (English and French)
  • ~ Excellent knowledge of Windows and MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
