Job Title: Manufacturing Process Specialist

Pharmascience Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Process Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for identifying and evaluating manufacturing processes to improve quality, costs, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and evaluate manufacturing processes to improve quality, costs, and efficiency
  • Develop and implement process improvements to meet business objectives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth production operations
  • Investigate and resolve manufacturing issues to minimize downtime and optimize production
  • Develop and maintain manufacturing documentation and records
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g. Chemical Engineering, Pharmaceutical Manufacturing, Pharmacy)
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Windows
