Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate day-to-day marine operations and project logistics in Atlantic Canada or Halifax, Nova Scotia.
  • Oversee daily offshore vessel operations to ensure safety, efficiency, and compliance with regulations.
  • Liaise with vessel crews, onshore personnel, and clients to facilitate smooth communication and operations.
  • Develop and implement standard operating procedures for marine logistics operations.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years of operational experience in a similar role, preferably with knowledge of multi-purpose port operations.
  • Familiarity with charter parties and their application, as well as marine and road cargo transport regulations.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
What We Offer
  • A competitive salary range: CAD $120,000 - $150,000 per year, based on location and experience.
  • A permanent full-time contract with a 40-hour workweek.
