About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Nurse Specialist to join our team in Canada. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care in various settings, including home and clinic environments.

Your primary duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Administering medications to patients in their homes and clinics
  • Assessing and monitoring patient responses to treatments
  • Completing necessary documentation according to policies and procedures
  • Providing patient education on product monographs and program protocols
  • Reporting adverse events and product complaints
About You

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Current registration as a Registered Nurse with a valid license
  • At least 1 year of experience in IV initiation
  • CPR certification and knowledge of ACLS, PALS, MS, and CVAA certifications (an asset)
  • Experience in critical care, emergency, acute care, inpatient/outpatient, or homecare settings (an asset)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Outlook, Word)
