About the Puzzle Cats Team

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Software Engineer to join our small and high-performing team. To succeed in this role, you will need to have a good understanding of the casual mobile game market. You will work on and ship at least 1 game every 2 months.

You will be developing fun and highly scalable mobile games played by tens of millions of people. This is a unique opportunity to develop your skills while delivering great mobile games that entertain players worldwide.

Job Requirements
  • You must be creative with a hacker mindset and able to deliver innovative solutions.
  • Strong object-oriented programming skills are essential for this role.
  • Knowledge of scripting languages such as Python and JavaScript is required.
  • Experience with Unity and mobile technologies like C#, iOS, and Android is necessary.
  • Additional experience with data pipelines, big data, machine learning, and real-time systems would be an advantage.
  • Familiarity with cloud computing platforms is also beneficial.
  • Experience with version control systems such as Git is mandatory.
  • Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills are crucial for success in this role.
  • A deep empathy for players and attention to detail are essential qualities for this position.

The estimated annual salary for this position is $120,000-$180,000 based on location and industry standards.
