Job Summary

We are seeking a highly qualified Public Health Professor to join our faculty at the University of Manitoba. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching and conducting research in the field of public health.

Key Responsibilities
  • Teach undergraduate and graduate courses in public health, including epidemiology, biostatistics, and health policy.
  • Conduct research in public health, including the design, implementation, and evaluation of research studies.
  • Supervise graduate students and provide guidance on research projects.
  • Participate in departmental and university service, including committee work and curriculum development.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, including government agencies, healthcare organizations, and community groups.
Requirements
  • Ph.D. in Public Health or a related field.
  • Experience in teaching and research in public health.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
