Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at JAG 'N SUGAR RESTAURANTS INC. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards, and supervising a team of staff members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
  • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
  • Prepare budget and cost estimates
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
  • Prepare and submit reports
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
  • Fast-paced environment
  • Work under pressure
  • Combination of sitting, standing, walking
  • Standing for extended periods
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. Standing for extended periods is required.
