Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Tim Hortons Store 9291. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our food service department, including supervising staff, managing inventory, and maintaining high standards of quality and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and train staff to ensure they are meeting the highest standards of quality and customer service.
  • Manage inventory and maintain accurate records of stock, sales, and wastage.
  • Ensure that all food and beverages are prepared and presented to the highest standards.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Monitor and control labor costs, ensuring that staff are working efficiently and effectively.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures.
