Account Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track-record of successfully managing accounts or sales, with at least 10 years of experience in account management from which 5 years are in a similar role.
This is a hybrid role, requiring 4 days in the office and 1 day at home. Located in Ontario, this role offers a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, serving as their primary point of contact for all business-related inquiries and activities.
- Understand the unique needs and objectives of each key account and develop tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure the successful execution of client projects and initiatives.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products or services to existing key accounts to maximize revenue and profitability.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- Healthcare, insurance, or financial industry experience preferred
- Strong understanding of customer relationship management, account planning, and general sales techniques
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders at all levels of the organization
