Job Title: Inventory Control Manager

Lifeline Fire Protection is seeking an experienced Inventory Control Manager to join our team. As an Inventory Control Manager, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, directing, controlling, and evaluating daily operations, as well as directing and advising staff engaged in providing records management, security, finance, purchasing, human resources, or other administrative services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in preparing annual budgets and planning, administering, and controlling budgets for client projects, contracts, equipment, and supplies.
  • Organize and maintain inventory, including planning, organizing, directing, controlling, and evaluating daily operations.
  • Direct and control corporate governance and regulatory compliance procedures within established guidelines.
  • Hire and train or arrange for training of staff, including efficient interpersonal skills, organized, team player, and time management.
  • Plan, organize, and maintain inventory, including computer and technology knowledge, MS Office, and work conditions and physical capabilities.
Requirements:
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in inventory management, supply chain, or logistics.
  • Efficient interpersonal skills, organized, team player, and time management.
  • Fast-paced environment, tight deadlines, attention to detail, and ability to work in a team.
  • Health care plan, permanent employment, 32.5 hours per week, and English as the primary language of work.
