About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Developer to join our team at Plan IT Search. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for leading the design, development, and implementation of software solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and Maintain Strong Relationships: Develop and maintain strong internal relationships with cross-functional departments to ensure seamless collaboration and communication.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Technical Expertise: Demonstrate strong PC skills, including proficiency in MS Office and SAP, and a willingness to become an expert in Tactic Scheduling through curiosity and practice.
  • Analytical and Organizational Skills: Exhibit exceptional analytical, attention to detail, and organizational skills to ensure high-quality deliverables and efficient project management.
  • Team Player: Demonstrate the ability to work effectively as a team player, maintaining a positive attitude and contributing to a collaborative and inclusive team environment.
  • Technical Knowledge: Possess a working knowledge of Tactic or BOWE production tracking system, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
  • Adaptability: Demonstrate the ability to perform in a fast-paced, changing environment, with a focus on flexibility and adaptability.
