Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Architectural Technologist to join our team as a Project Coordinator. As a key member of our technical team, you will be responsible for producing and writing technical documents for various projects, from multi-residential to institutional buildings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct site surveys and gather data for project documentation
  • Design, prepare, and review construction drawings and specifications
  • Solve technical problems and research documentation related to existing buildings
  • Ensure projects adhere to contract documents and building codes
  • Coordinate work with various disciplines, including mechanical, electrical, and structural
Requirements
  • College diploma in architecture technology
  • Proficiency in Revit and strong technical skills
  • Excellent written and spoken English and French language skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills, autonomy, and organizational abilities
  • Passion for architecture and design, with a commitment to delivering high-quality projects
