About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead our Land Development projects in Ontario. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating with engineering and technical professionals to achieve project objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design team to establish scope, budget, and schedule for land development projects.
  • Coordinate with clients, project teams, and regulatory agencies to establish design objectives.
  • Pursue project financial targets and implement quality assurance procedures.
  • Provide technical support for tendering, contract administration, and construction inspection tasks.
  • Maintain project governance standards and keep clients informed of project status.
  • Engage with clients, architects, and industry leaders to generate awareness of GHD and its capabilities.
Requirements
  • Post-secondary civil engineering education.
  • Minimum 5+ years' experience in design and management of land development projects.
  • Strong technical understanding of the core land development design and approval process.
  • Strong analytical and report writing skills.
  • Working knowledge of the Planning Act and development application processes in Ontario.
