We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Chef Reza Inc. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading the kitchen and ensuring the highest quality of food is served to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Estimate food costs, labor costs, and inventory levels to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
- Supervise and train kitchen staff to maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.
- Develop and implement new recipes and menu items to enhance the dining experience.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to plan and execute special events and banquets.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
- 3+ years of experience as an Executive Chef or in a similar role.
- Proven track record of leading high-performing kitchen teams.
- Excellent culinary skills and knowledge of international cuisine.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
