Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrical Supervisor to join our team at SUNLIFE ELECTRICAL LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising a team of electricians and ensuring the successful completion of residential electrical projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of electricians to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise.
  • Develop and implement safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all employees.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination.
  • Recruit, train, and develop a team of skilled electricians to meet the needs of the company.
Requirements
  • 3-4 years of experience in electrical supervision or a related field.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading a team and achieving project goals.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical codes and regulations.
