Job Title: Electrical Supervisor

At SUNLIFE ELECTRICAL LTD, we are seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our residential electrical team, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems in residential settings.

Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of electrical technicians and apprentices
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
  • Estimate costs and materials for electrical projects
  • Prepare production and other reports as required
  • Train or arrange for training of electrical technicians and apprentices
  • Recommend personnel actions and participate in performance evaluations
  • Establish methods to meet work schedules and coordinate work activities with other work units
Requirements:
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in electrical supervision or a related field
  • Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or a related field
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
Work Environment:
  • Work is performed primarily outdoors in residential settings
  • May be required to work in confined spaces
