About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrical Supervisor to join our team at SUNLIFE ELECTRICAL LTD. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supervising a team of electricians and ensuring the successful completion of electrical projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the work of electricians to ensure projects are completed on time and to a high standard.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise.
  • Develop and implement safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment for all team members.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and project delivery.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of project progress, including timesheets and reports.

Requirements:

  • 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within the electrical industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading teams and delivering projects on time.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of electrical codes and regulations.
