Raya Concrete Construction Ltd is seeking a skilled Carpentry Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for preparing layouts, measuring, cutting, shaping, assembling, and joining various materials to build foundations, install floor beams, lay subflooring, and erect walls and roof systems.

The ideal candidate will have 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in the carpentry trade, with a strong understanding of building codes and regulations. You will work in various locations, including on-site construction projects, and will be required to maintain, repair, and renovate residences and wooden structures.

The work conditions and physical capabilities of this role include bending, crouching, kneeling, and a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. You will be required to wear steel-toed safety boots and safety glasses/goggles. The work is physically demanding, and you will work a standard 40-hour week.

As a Carpentry Specialist, you will be responsible for fitting and installing windows, doors, stairs, mouldings, and hardware, as well as maintaining and repairing existing structures. You will work closely with our team to ensure that all projects are completed to a high standard and within the specified timeframe.
